how to center page menu bar?

if you go to
www.silvergrove.kyschools.us

you will notice that I have two lines of page menus. The second line does not fill the entire line, so I was wondering if there is a way to center just the second line of the page menu bar?

Try using %page-center instead of %pages in ATO>Style & edit HEADER AREA>Configure Header Area
