[SOLVED] Page title and font changes colour on refresh?

Ok when I go to my dummy page:

http://cwic-solutions.co.uk/ya_test/

The blog heading is in green and it says "Your admin was set up with you in mind" but when I refresh the page or go to

http://cwic-solutions.co.uk/ya_test/home/

The blog title changes words...it changes to black writing and the logo I deleted re-appears in the bottom right....

Any ideas why it is doing this?

I cleared my cache and history etc??

one is looking at the posts home page, the other is looking at page id=187

Thanks....but how do I bring them both to be the same as the page posts ie without the logo?
