Logo h1 Tag -- And Post Title Color

First off, I'm pretty sure when you remove title text and just put up a Logo image, it's not h1. This is important for SEO. Am I wrong?

Second, is it possible to change the color of the text of post title's when you're viewing them on the homepage? They're grey by default (#666666) and black (#000000) when you hover them. Thanks.
