How to make a hyperlink in a new window without header image, left and right sidebars

Hi all,

I am making a hyperlink with "_blank" in a page, I am not sure if I can get a pure new window with WordPress "comment box" only? Tks for your help!!

What version of Atahualpa and WP?
What is the URL?

let me see if I understand, you want to have a link take you to a new page with just a comment box, is that correct?
What will you be tying the comment to?
