Atahualpa 3.6.4 & Password Protected Pages

Hello, I am using Atahualpa 3.6.4 and WP 3.1.1. I have a problem with Password Protected pages. On a password protected page, it has the normal text, password box, and submit button on the actual page AND now it also has a duplicated text, password box, and submit button above the header and Menu1 at the top. That is actually where you have to enter the password now. Any ideas? thanks!
