Problem with the background
 

Hello,
I have a problem with the background, I guess I'm doing something wrong, in a normal computer background looks fine,

Widescreen computer, background stretches and red appears on the left and should appear next to the logo,
In Cell Phones,the logo Shows Up the red background

I use the code:
background: url(http://www.billieshimoni.co.il/wp-co.../2012/10/4.jpg) repeat top left;
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

I suspect a fixed width site would help with these issues.

How can I do this? Currently the width is 999px

Layout MAX width 1350

this is an effect of the RTL, try setting your min width to 999px if that doesn't work do some experimenting.

the page's body background sits behind the 'container' (where the page contents displays)

when you make a window smaller, the container will move covering more and more of the body's background up to the limits you define. What you are seeing is the container covering the entire body background. by setting a big enough minimum width, the containor will not be able to cover the body background

I've done a bit differently, I put the background to Layout Container Style,
The only problem now I have a space between the footer and bottom of the page, it is possible to do so the background will be to the bottom of the page?

try turning on the sticky footer (ato->Style & edit FOOTER->Sticky footer on short pages?)
