Border around Images and angled images

I am trying to place a border around each of my photos but a jpeg image, rather than just a square border.

Also similar I've seen it on iweb templates where the photos isnt positions straight on the page, more at an angle.

I wanted to add a jpeg shadow as well

I'm new to website so coding doesnt come easy, so if you can help, an idiots explanation would be much appreciated!

You would probably have to use some kind of plugin that handles the border or create the border on the rotated image in an image editor and then upload.

maybe i'm looking for the wrong thing but I havent found a plugin that does borders.

I have found a site that helps me create a border and now I have 4 corners and 4 sides. How do I best use these, is there a way of inputting them into css to automatically frame every photo and if so what do I have to write code wise.

or am I best to frame each photo and then upload this to wordpress?

I would frame and rotate the photos as I want them to show.
