Add a new blank page

I'm not very good with web stuff so I'm wondering if it's possible to add a new blank page (no header, no footer, no sidebars, no posts, etc).

I'm using the most recent version of Atahualpa for Wordpress.

Yes, create an empty php template (see the Wordpress site for directions)
