[SOLVED] Help with forward and backward arrows

I have a website that needs help:

1 In addition to the monh archives I would like a search defined archive where I can show by year or anything
2 I would like he forward and backward arrows changed around since the forward arrow is on the too left and the backward top right where this should be the opposite : forward on the right and backwards on the left
Please help! Thanks
