Is it possible to place the post/page headline over the post image?

If anyone could help out i would be very grateful. Been driving me crazy for about a week!

Well you could do it, but not automatically. You would have to remove the headers from 'The LOOP' and then build the headers in each post and page you build.

You could look at the generated source from that site and try to duplicate it in a post entry.

This is purely subjective but I don't care for the text over the picture. On one of the pictures at the site you gave a link to it even covers an important part of the photo plus the be background behind the text looks a bit clunky to me.
