Is there anything non standard for your installation? When I try the link to your image I get the home page and if I type a different image name or a bogus name I get the home page. Not sure what is happening but maybe someone will have a clue.

1) what is the theme folder name - is it 'atahualpa346' or 'atahualpa'
2) does the file 'header1.jpg' exist in the 'atahualpa346/images/header' folder?
3) what is the file permission on the file (header1.jpg)?

computerdirect Apr 27, 2010 10:56 AM

Yes sir the theme is atahualpa346 and header1.jpg is in the atahualpa346/images/header and the permission settings is 644

juggledad Apr 27, 2010 11:16 AM

what are the permission for the 'images', 'favicon' and 'header' folders?

computerdirect Apr 27, 2010 11:21 AM

the image permission is 755, favicon 755 and header 755

something is messed up at your site. If I enter
HTML Code:

http://www.computerrepairdirect.co.uk/wp-content/themes/atahualpa346/images/
I see only the folders. When I go to
HTML Code:

http://www.computerrepairdirect.co.uk/wp-content/themes/atahualpa346/images/favicon/
I see lots of the images, but if I go into header, bullets, exclusive I see nothing.

Do you have an .htaccess file installed?

computerdirect Apr 27, 2010 11:41 AM

No htaccess, actually this domain was add on to my hosting? is that something to do with it?

juggledad Apr 27, 2010 11:51 AM

it shouldn't, I have several sites on my host.
This seems to be an environment issue and to figure it out, I'd have to poke around. if you would like, send me a PM with an admin ID and password for the site and the ftp link, user and pw and I'll see if I can figure out what is happening

computerdirect Apr 27, 2010 11:54 AM

Have just pmed you

juggledad Apr 27, 2010 12:24 PM

Ok, you have a problem withthe htaccess file at the root level of your site that is causing the issue. When I just changed your permalinks to 'numeric' the image is now showing up.

p.s. the logo doesn't show since you don't have it in teh images folder
