Header Disappeared with Upgrade
Hello - I just upgraded to the latest version of Atahualpa and now my header will not appear. I have reloaded it via Filezilla twice and still nothing. Also in previous versions there was a setting in the theme options to place the name of the header image but I am not seeing that with this version. Please help!

What version of ataualpa and WP?
What is the url? Quote:

Version 3.32 for Wordpress; version 3.76 for Atahualpa. My url is www.medicalgradeoils.com
Thank you! |
In looking at the html code, it appears my header had a different name the first time I loaded it. I had to reinstall everything because my site was hacked so when I uploaded the style files and then reloaded my header image, I did not see that the names were different so I will correct that now.

Still no header.

the header image is
HTML Code:
http://medicalgradeoils.com/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/header/MedicalGradeOils_Header1.jpg this coul be caused because teh file isn't in that folder the name is misspelled (case IS important) the file permissions are wrong check these all out. If you can't put the full url in the address bar and see the image then WordPress can't display it eithor. |
I have reinstalled everything again with the same issue. I believe I need to also delete all files through Filezilla so I have removed the database, Atahualpa and Wordpress through my server and then also deleted the files through ftp. I believe there may have been some overlap there. At any rate, I will start fresh rather than investing any more time in searching for the issue. I'll let you know if I have any further issues. I have created many sites in the past with Atahualpa so this is a mystery to me!
