Only Part Of The Header Shows In IE

I am only getting a partial image in IE, even though the image is in one piece, and not sliced. I updated to the latest IE to make sure that this wasn't an issue. This is the path I'm using:

I have left A. Options - Header blank because I am using an image map, which I inserted after  in header.php. Can someone please take a look?

Is the cut off at the top or bottom? Did this occur after you made margin or padding changes - i.e. add a negative value in one of them?
