Add Sidebar to Header?
 

Oh, how close Atahualpa is to solving all my problems and meeting all my needs. I just have one more...

I'd like to add a 468x60 rotating banner to the header, preferably using a plugin like AdRotate. In other words, I need to add a new sidebar to the header.

Can it be done? I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty with functions and whatnot, so long as the instruction doesn't assume too much...
