Contact form + multi column issue

On the front page I use Juggledads multi column.
What I want is to front a contact form from a post in one of the columns.
They get displayed and you can fill them, but not submit
They all work fine on single page though.

Is it something I'm missing?

If you look at the source of the page you will see the <form>....</form> is missing - you need to fix that.

Ok, what I did, I don't know if it's the safe way doing it, was to strip all the form tags by changing to show excerpts on home page. Then I noticed that the tags seemed implemented when I changed back to full post.. ? It seems safe, works in all browser.

Why is it so?

By default, wordpress strips all html tags when displaying an excerpt - Atahualpa follows this lead BUT gives you an option in the 'Configure EXCERPTS' to not strip some tags in an excerpt
