My background image is displayed on all browsers but IE

Hello

My website is www.monparispascher.com.
I am using the wordpress plugin "background control" to display my background image on my website. It works just fine on any browser except on IE, which I can't understand why.

Is this plugin known to be incompatible with IE ? if so, How else can I effectively display my background image on any browser ?

That's an older plugin that doesn't indicate it is compatible with WordPress 3.1. Also you don't need a plugin for setting a background image just read the info in ATO>Body, Text & Links
