Getting a strange code added to my header causing table padding
 

I added a header and footer by clicking the "Add HTML/CSS Insert" tab for the Atahualpa theme and I see a code in my source code near the top that looks like this:

{margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0}

This causes padding in the table I created for the header and footer which makes the table larger. Does anyone know how to remove or delete this code?

I have the latest version for Wordpress 2.8.4 and Atahualpa 3.4.2. The url is hansonellis.com/blog. I put it in the HTML Inserts: Header and HTML Inserts: Body Bottom. If you go to the website, you can see the header and footer I added. Thank you for your help. I will be waiting for your response.
