3.7.24 settings lost after automatic wordpress update
 

I noticed that the themes settings were lost after Wordpress updates itself. This is the site: http://www.vogelbergje.nl/. Importing the settings reinstalls menus, lay-out etc.
Could it be the same issue as "3.7.24 update no blog heading or menus" or is it something else?
Can you help, please? Thank you.

In none of my sites have I seen this issue.

What version of WP did you upgrade from ?? and to??

Were you already using Atahualpa 3.7.24?

WP updated automatically from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3. The same issue had happened after earlier minor WP updates, at least that is the pattern I seem to notice. After a one-click update, I think from 4.4 to 4.5, everything stayed all right. I was using Atahalpa 3.7.24 already during these last updates.
