Why is my website formatted differently when I view it in firefox or IE?

Hello, any ideas why when i view my website using vista and internet explorer, there is extra space between my posts? It makes the website look funny. This is not an issue with firefox. I have tried playing around with the post page styling option on atahualpa but i cant fix it...

I'm going to guess it has to do with the ways IE and Firefox interpret "margin" and "padding"? IE's never understood that a pixel is a pixel, either, it's always been a bit bigger, and "IE pixel". Irritating.

I too am having the same problem with viewing my page, however i am unable to see any of my posts and there is a huge gap above the header. www.saskgermancouncil.org
I tried deactivating all my plugins and reactivating them one by one to no avail. Everything looks and works fine in Firefox but not IE. Any help with this matter would be appreciated.

I don't see a gap and can see the posts. Which URL and which IE version?
