Removing the Accent Bar from Sidebar / Widget Items

Hi, I am working to customize this great theme. How can I remove the accent bars (vertical rectangles) that appear to the left of all sidebar content ("recent posts", "archives", "blogroll", "meta"). I do not want these to appaer, nor do I want bullets, hyphens, etc. Thank you for your help!

See Theme Options -> Style Widgets -> Widget List Items / Widget List Items 2nd level / Widget List Items, 3rd and lower level
