Russian translation

Hello! Thanks for the theme I really don't want to change it/ But I can't do Russian translation/ And I can't send letters through the site form cos it can't read russian/ New release doesn't have russian... it's a pity... what can be done? should I wait for a new release or try to do it myself and how?
