[SOLVED] Display today's date
 

I would like to automatically display today's date at the top of the center column on all the posts as well as front page. I can't find a way to do that, since the date option in the Post/Page Info items seems to deal only with the date the post was posted.

I suppose it could be a text widget in a sidebar as well; maybe a Perl script? That seems like overkill, somehow.

Or a plugin. I've found one that might work, but I'd still rather have this somewhere other than a sidebar.

EDIT: OK, I've solved it. I found a plugin called Current Date and Time Widget, and I've put it atop the left sidebar. Looks nice.
