Atahualpa Post Options option

I am looking for the (recently removed and restored) Atahualpa Post Options option. I read the most recent thread about this but it just said "There is now an option in 3.5.0 to use the Atahualpa Post Options", so i upgraded and now I can't find this option anywhere. It just looks the same as before I upgraded. Am I missing something? :)
