Remove GIF Smiley from Footer

I've been working on the template for this site http://www.purpletapepedigree.com/ and recently noticed a smiley face GIF has appeared in the footer. Is there a way to remove this? If so how?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

ATO > Add HTML/CSS Inserts

will make it disappear :)
