SEO Title Tag 2.3.3 and Atahualpa

I've got the duplicate Title Tag problem and wonder if this plugin works with Atahualpa

There are configuration menus I'm not finding

Other solutions if they are 'bfa' related

I'm finding a Title Tag box on the bottom of each page. Don't remember if it was there before .... hmmmm

Haven't tried post pages yet but was hoping this would be a little more automated
