Sticky Footer in IE8 not working

Footer is sticking at the bottom of the screen as it should in Firefox/Windows, but not IE8/Windows. Any ideas as to why? Sticky Footer is set to "yes". Interestingly, in IE, the footer is floating at the same point down the screen.

it looks like it is at the bottom to me.

bty i notice the background is white and dark grey on my mac in safari but solid white in IE8 on my pc. you might wAnt to look into that

I am just starting to look at IE, that's how i found the footer issue. On my computer, IE9, the foioter is floating. Maybe a resolution issue.
