How to increase the height of Page Menu?
 

I want to increase the height of Page Menu Bar,
I increase the font height but the menu bar seem to have little shorter :-

I am using the latest 3.4

There are styling problems and Flynn is away till Friday, so wait for a fix to teh CSS issue then test this again.

I had exactly the same problem at www.grocerylighting.com. None of the suggested fixes worked for me (Wordpress3.0.1) so what I ended up doing was:
Going to Style and Edit Header and removed %pages
Opened Appearance/Editor/header.php and went to line 65. Directly under <table>
Type in your links i.e.:

<a href="http://www.yoursite.com"> Home</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
<a href="http://www. yoursite.com/about/">About Us</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
<a href="http://www. yoursite .com/contact-us/">Contact Us</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
<a href="http://www. yoursite .com/site-map/">Site Map</a>
</td></tr>

As you can see, I changed the height and added the links. It works!

Adding solid border around all menu items in color of your links will do the work for you.
