favicon on admin pages

My client wants the favicon to appear on all the admin pages as well, and it doesn't seem to. I can't find a setting for this, if there is one.

Using 3.7.12 and WP 3.6.1, url is http://www.teendrivingsolutions.org.

Did you try a google search? 'wordpress backend favicon'
