[SOLVED] How to change two lines colors in the top and the booton of site

Hello everyone,

in every post there are two lines in the top and bottom of the page. I have changed all colors of my page, but i can't change those tho lines. How to change color of those lines? Please help me.

Look in ATO>Next/Previous Navigation. I believe there may be some border declarations there.
