What is causing 100% page height?

The pages on http://osptc.com.temp.omnis.com are displaying at 100% of the browser window height. The content on the site is generally short, so this looks very odd, with a gaping space between the end of the content and the footer.

I have not set the height, and have no background images in the center column. Can you see why the pages are defaulting to 100% of the browser window height?

Do you perhaps have Sticky Footer set to Yes in Style & edit Footer?
