How to Eliminate "Content Before the Loop"?

Is it possible to eliminate this feature from all pages. I tried deleting the default content of the field, and I tried just putting "bold on - bold off" codes there to have something different.

But I'm still getting the Previous Post - Next Post links.

Previous Post - Next Post links can be shut off at ato->Next/Previous Navigation->Location of Next/Previous Page Navigation on MULTI Post Pages or Location of Next/Previous Post Navigation on SINGLE Post Pages
