Which is Best for SEO: Widget, Static Post or Sticky Post?

We have a small block of text that I want to display either on the home page (blog) or at the top of all posts pages. The design I have here is how I want it to look (the light blue box w/info about Living Room Realtors): livingroomrealtors.com. This box is on every page of blog entries (this is fine).

From a SEO standpoint, can you advise me which is better? A widget text area, an individual static post, or a sticky post?

I got to this point by following the tutorial in Gold forum for creating an Announcement box utilizing Categories. But I'm wondering if it would be better to create a widget spot right there instead. I'm not wrapping my head around how to create the new widget area and this was much easier.

Perhaps it's even better to make the post a sticky? I tried this first, but it was giving me a challenge removing the Title, author, etc.

Thanks for your suggestions. If it is better to have widget area, I'll keep working on it. :)
