Corrupted Sidebar
 

Help please! Left side bar, I can not add or delete anything. (drag/drop) It has Categories and Archives showing and I don't want. www.alliantdatatel.com.

What exactly is left and right inner side bars.

To start with your second question:
On your blog, there isn't any inner side bar, but this blog (not mine, but I find it a very good adaptation of the Atahualpa theme) bVision.nl you see no left sidebar, but the blog has a right sidebar and a right inner sidebar.

Adding and deleting sidebar-content has to be done on the widgets page of Wordpress-admin:
Open the page, click on the sidebar (little arrow next to the title of the sidebar) you want to edit to show it's content. Than you can drag and drop the widgets you want to get rid off, or you click on the widget to 'open', and then click 'remove'.
