Can't upload images for posts !
 

Was happily creating numerous posts when, suddenly, clicking on the insert image icon at the top of the fullscreen post page stopped working. If I click it a second time then the Insert Media dialogue box comes up but with no option to upload images !

Been using this theme for a long time and have never come across this before !

Any ideas ?

Atahualpa 3.7.12 Wordpress 3.6

Have now tried ..........

* clearing Internet Explorer cache
* switching to default theme
* checking plug-ins (I had none as new install)
* adding code to wp_config.php as per various online "solutions"
* downloading fresh WP3.6 and replacing all except wp_config directory
* manually adding images to media library but not visible in Add Media dialogue box

None of these worked !

Any help appreciated as I am totally stuck !!!

try disabling ALL plugins - you may be running out of php memory - talk to your host.

I have zero plugins as I only installed Wordpress today and have done nothing more than add Atahualpa to it.

I wrote about ten posts, all with a single image onboard, and all was well ..... and then it simply stopped working !

if the same thing happens with the default theme, it is not a theme issue. You should contact your host and see if they can help. Who is the host?
