How can I get a category link into the Page Menu Bar?
 

How can I get a category link into the Page Menu Bar? I have a couple of Page Links in my Page Menu Bar, which each have Redirects to display different post categories. It works, but it's slow. Is there any way to just insert a category link directly into the page menu bar? Thanks for any assistance.
