How do I remove the Header from all pages?
 

I can't find an image that will work for my website so I really just need to remove the header. What file needs to be edited to remove the header entirely and where is it?
I have seen several posts about removing the header from specific pages. I have not seen the file referenced that needs to be modified.
I am not a programmer but I get the gist of what needs to be done.

Fantastic, I was trying to figure out how to do that too. Wonderfully easy. I really love the new configuration stuff in v.3. :)
