featured post on home
 

hi
I have latest post as home and i want it to show only featured posts - i can't find that option in the theme options. help!?

What theme are you using?
How are you creating featured posts?

oops! it's the Atahualpa. I use the feature category and that is the only category I want to display on the home page. I can't find where to set that.

There is no theme option to display all posts from a category on the landing page.

BUT you could create a page template to do that (do a google search - wordpress page template - to see how) or you could use the 'Multi Column/custom query' template to do it (directions are in the Gold forum Tutorials sub forum)

thx I suppose that means that I can't exclude post-categories from the landing page either?

Sure you can, just not thru a theme option - you will need to manually do something.
