[SOLVED] Rotate header images with Javascript - not working in 3.6.7 ?

Hi - I have a fresh install of 3.6.7.
The header images are changing with page reload but the Rotate header images with Javascript does not work.

Solved -
I installed all the patches as recommended and its fixed.
(Not that any of the patches mentioned anything connected with this sort of problem as far as I can tell.)
