[SOLVED] How do I delete an unwanted text widget on static page?

I'm sure someone has already been asked this and it has been answered, but on my links page there's a widget box for text and it has sample text in it. How do I get rid of it? The link to my page is: http://www.yearcats.com/blog-links/
Thank you...

Those are default "widgets" in the sidebar. Just add your own and the default will go away. For instance if you only want the Categories and Archives widgets just add them to the left sidebar. The text widget will be gone.
