[SOLVED] Only seeing centred RESET ALL option in ATO - new host - php version issue ?
Hello,
OK So I have built a nice blog and transferred it to his server All is fine but I only see the RESET ALL OPTIONS option Having looked around and seen this thread, it is suggested that I should check my hosts php version (and settings). So here is a link to them php settings on host Does this provide anyone with enough info to help me Further information: Where ATO is working as normal I see this URL: http://domain.com/wp-admin/themes.ph...=functions.php And where it is showing only the RESET ALL option I see this: http://domain.com/wp-admin/themes.ph...functions.php# I am pretty sure I didn't lose any files during transfer - but I suppose this couldl cause the error too? |
When you say you transfered it to this server, what did you do to transfer it?
|
Exported ata them option using ATO EXPORT function
Exported db from server 1 using phpmyadmin Installed Worpdress on server 2 using fantastico Set up SQL bd on server 2 with same name, password and user as that on server 1 FTP-ed across wp-config.php FTP-ed across - Plug ins, atahualpa theme (3.4.9), images Then went to Import ATO settings when I realised I couldn't (Note this is my best recollection ) |
disable all your plug-ins and see what happens.
Also, try swapping to the twenty-ten theme to make sure the backend and front end work with it. What is the url? |
With all plug-ins disabled - ATO issue remains
can switch between Ata and Twentyten without problems - back end fine with both themes Site URL |
What browser are you using?
Can you try with another browser. There was a report of FireFox having an issue... |
Hi.
Same issue with Safari... I'm going to install a fresh copy of 3.4.9 and maybe take the opportunity to upgrade to 3.6.4 To do the latter I am thinking... Install 3.6.4 on to server1 (the OK one) Apply 3.6.4 Export ata-ATO settings Install 3.6.4 on to server 2 (the not OK one) Import 3.6.4 settings Does this sound right ? |
Update:
Installing a fresh copy of 3.4.9 solved everything. (My other supposedly 'fresh' copy of 3.4.9 must have gone a bit smelly) Thanks as usual JD for swift responses. Steve |
