remove post preview from main page
 

Hello -

I am new to Atahualpa and have searched through all the config pages and can't seem to find where you would *remove* the post preview from the main post page. I want to be able to visit my main site and ONLY see a list of the titles and not the body of the post. Is this possible?

well you could go to ato->Configure EXCERPTS and set the excerpt length to '0' and set 'Posts or excerpts on HOME page?' to 'excerpts' - this will, however cause all excerpts to be 0 characters in length.

Thank you for the follow-up but for some reason even after changing these settings, my excerpts still appear on the homepage after I save settings and refresh the page. I am using Atahualpa 3.4.9.

do you have a caching plugin active? if so deactivate it and clear the cache so you won't see the cached page
