Background image in body of post

Flynn,
This is the greastest theme I have came across yet, Thank you for the work.
I was wandering if there is anyway to use a background image in the body of posts, just one repeating for every post. also what is the easiest way to put adsense code into a post so that you dont have to paste it in there everytime you write a new one?
