How to get entire page centered?

Hi,

We are trying to get our blog to be centered in the browser. If anyone knows how to do this please help? Cannot find the setting for this. Also we have more questions for a blog specialist. I'm just learning php. I'm fully versed in CSS and HTML however I don't know php and I have a client that I'm working on their blog. We have some questions and she is willing to pay for answers to them. Let me know what your rates are per hour.

Thank you!

unless you have done something different, the page should be centered in the browser window by default.

What versin of Atahualpa and WP and PHP?
What is the URL?

See PM for my rates.

Were trying to get it centered. I think there may be a bug in wordpress too because I changed the size of the black bars to thinner and reuploaded it and it used the previous image still. Kinda wierd. almost like wordpress is resizing the image.

Why do you have
HTML Code:

width:900px;
align:center;
padding-left:100px

in the ATP->Body, Text & Links->Body Style??
remove the 'width:900px;'
