[SOLVED] padding is being ignored.

Some of my padding seem to be not being applied. Looking in firebug and they are not being overridden. For instance, the footer has a top an bottom padding of 40px that are clearly not there. Also the padding between td#middle and td#left are not showing up.

Found it. It was the Calendar plugin. But, the footer is still not responding to styling. it was just a ;
