Sorry I mean the icons in the right hand upper corner Posts and Comments, I want to remove them.
Is that possible? Thank you!

I'd like to know how to remove those links as well. Would I have to modify a php page?

Oh cool! This is the very question I wanted to ask and the the very reason I joined the forum. What excellent timing.

I want to remove the RSS box element from the header area (the element containing the "RSS" link and logo and the "Comments" link and logo)and replace it with a simple text link.

I tried merely commenting out that section in bfa_header_config.php but I got an "unexpected parse error"

Dooh!
Found it.
Max and I are obviously working the same hours.

Now I wonder if I can insert a text link there....

Okay, I'm a complete newbie to ALL of this, but here goes.

I too want to remove the RSS posts and Comments boxes from the header in Atahualpa 3.5.3, is there a way to do this without messing with the code?
Also, is there a way to put widgets at the bottom of my page, say in a defined footer area (not just sidebar options)?

Thanks!

to remove the RSS posts and Comments boxes from the header:
go to ATO->RSS Settings and turn off the options you don't want displayed

is there a way to put widgets at the bottom of my page, say in a defined footer area:
Yes, add a new widget area to the footer area. (see the theme options)
