Widgets don't work

Ever since upgrading from WP 2.7, my widgets have not worked with this theme. I can't edit, delete, or add widgets to my site. I tested things with the Default and Classic themes, and the widgets work. Help!

Which version of Atahualpa are you using? and what version of PHP?
