[SOLVED] Deleted custom widget areas still showing

1 Attachment(s)
Hello:

I created some custom widget areas in the center area, some on purpose, a few copies by mistake. I'm trying to get rid of all of them now, but I can't seem to get them off my WP-->Appearance->Widgets page. (See attachment showing the problem.)

I've deleted all the related code in the Style & Edit Center Column page. I had inserted it in the Contents Above the Loop, and that area is now back to the default code. I've reloaded all sorts of pages several times, and have rebooted twice.

Could the code have inserted itself somewhere else? Or do I need to do something more than just delete the code from the Style & Edit Center Column Page?

Atahualpa: 3.4.6
WP: 2.9.2

Thanks!

You might want to look at the sticky post in the widget forum about cleaning up the new widget area. I'd give you the exact post but I'm doing this from my iPod

backup your db before you do anything else

That did it, Juggledad - thank you so much!
