This used to work, so I'm guessing it's some little upgrade error/bug. It works fine in IE and Chrome. This:

Nothing to do with Atahualpa (or any theme) or WP, it is a FireFox feature.

That is part of FireFox's 'tracking protection' in it's latest release. If you look just before the URL in the address bar, you will see a little shield icon. If you press that you can remove the tracking protection and the icon will reshow.
