[SOLVED] white border on drop down menu

I use 3.5.1 in wordpress 3 and for some reason the drop down menu has a white background if the word is not long enough. Anybody an idea why? Click on ACCOMMODATION here to see what I mean. http://www.freedombeachresort.com/ac...-2/beach-house
