Background images not displayed
Hi
Body, Text & Links -> Body Style: No matter what I put in there, the background image won't be displayed. Not even the default Code:
background: url(/wp-content/themes/atahualpa3/images/backgr.gif) repeat top left; All the best, Fux |
Perhaps you theme directory is not atahualpa3 but something else such as atahualpa332
|
Paths/directories are correct.

Tried a few more things but it just won't work. Any more ideas?
Donated anyway, because the theme is great. |
Try yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/atahualpa3/images/backgr.gif to see if the image is actually there. Check if you have a cache running on your blog. Check if your browser is displaying an old cached version of your site.

That's wha I checked and tried. Nothing. I sent you a PM with the URL, maybe you can see for yourself and find something.

I was having the same problem. Here's what worked for me: background: url(http://yoururl/blog/wp-content/theme...ages/yourimage) repeat top left;
bear in mind, my wordpress is not in my root folder, but in the folder called blog. hope it helps you.:) |
It was both a subdirectory and a "double background: line in the same CSS rule" issue (the second background overwrote the first)
